LLOG Delta House FPS uses Sanmar Chain

Sanmar Chain International has supplied mooring line chain to LLOG Exploration for the Delta House semi-submersible floating production system (FPS) in the Gulf of Mexico. The FPS is located in Mississippi Canyon 254 in 4,500ft (1,373 m) water, and accommodates production from a number of nearby fields, including LLOG’s previously announced discoveries in Mississippi Canyon 300 and Mississippi Canyon 431.

Sanmar has supplied approx 3,300 tonnes x 137mm dia Grade R4 Studless Chain. The chain was manufactured by Zheng Mao.
